A.M.S. Music and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. was officially registered under the Company Act 2063 with the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, Office of the Company Registrar, Kathmandu, during the fiscal year 2077/078. It was established with registration number 270520/078/079 and a permanent account number 610081934. Since its inception, the organization has been actively engaged in producing songs, music, and films, organizing musical and cultural events, and carrying out activities related to tourism and social services.

A.M.S. Music and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has successfully conducted various editions of the ‘A.M.S. International Honor Awards.’ These awards were organized in countries such as Nepal, Dubai, Canada, Maldives, Sudan, and Japan with the aim of promoting Nepali culture. The events showcased Nepali cuisine, language, attire, arts, folk songs and music, traditional dances, and films.
